        Peter Russo (Pete) was born on January 3, 1959, in The
Bronx, New York. After graduating from Pelham Memorial High School, Peter attended Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting.

        Pete later entered the United States Navy, serving several combat tours, most notably the Persian Gulf War and Operation Desert Shield/Storm. After military service, Peter obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Phoenix.

        Pete attended Lincoln Law School of San Jose, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. In 2002, Pete was admitted to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Court - Eastern District of California. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Fresno County Bar Association.

        Pete has spent many years in The Silicon Valley/San Jose area helping dozens of high-tech manufacturing companies with finance, legal and accounting consulting.

        Pete’s practice consists of litigation and transactions in the areas of business law, real estate, estate planning, decedents estates and family law.  Peter has represented a wide variety of businesses, including farmers, manufacturers, construction companies, landlords and tenants.

        Attorney Russo is experienced in the forming, dissolving and merging of business entities, such as corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.  Pete has also represented businesses in a wide area of internal matters, including partner and shareholder disputes and succession planning.  Pete’s business background and experience allow him to identify and avoid potential legal pitfalls for his clients. Pete has an extensive real property practice that includes real estate sales transactions and litigation, lease transactions and disputes, landlord/tenant actions, partition and quiet title actions, and construction defects.

        Pete's practice also includes wills, trusts, probate, guardianships and conservatorships. From small to large sized estates, he is experienced in helping his clients avoid probate and estate tax issues.  Pete’s decedent estate practice includes probate and trust administration, as well as litigation in both areas.
